The coronavirus pandemic has affected life in ways that we have never seen before. But please be aware that Home Veterinary Care is open and available for phone/video consultations and in-person emergencies on a case by case basis. In an effort to protect you and your pets and to provide for their care, we have instituted additional safety procedures, to include thorough sanitation and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
In addition, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has temporarily eased its restrictions on veterinarians to allow them to more easily use telemedicine to treat pets during the coronavirus pandemic. In accordance with this guidance, we have established a way to provide telemedicine and plan to use this capability to the greatest extent possible.
